Popular venues are often booked 9–12 months in advance, especially during the summer period. For larger weddings with more than 100 guests, we therefore recommend contacting us at least 12–14 months in advance, giving us enough time to find the perfect place and plan at a calm pace.
If you have already booked a venue and some suppliers, you can also book us later in the process – for example 6–1 months before the wedding – if you primarily need coordination, design help or on-the-day execution.

Yes. Although we recommend starting in good time, we also have extensive experience with weddings planned within shorter timeframes.
In the summer of 2025, we were contacted by a couple whose venue had cancelled with only four days’ notice. The couple were, of course, very upset by the situation, but we said: “Anything is possible.”
In a very short time, we managed to find a new solution and create a beautiful wedding. This was the wedding we call the M&E wedding, and the finished result can be seen on our Instagram profile. Afterwards, the couple described it as their dream wedding.

No, not at all.
Although we collaborate with certain fixed venues, we also often help with events outside our own venue partnerships – both in Copenhagen, across Zealand and throughout the rest of Denmark. If you have not yet found the right venue, we would be happy to help you find it. We have a broad network of beautiful, unique venues that suit different styles and budgets.
Pladeværkstedet on Refshaleøen is one of our fixed venues, where we host many weddings.
We do not own the venue, but during the summer period we pre-book the most popular dates, so our couples can secure them easily.
If you contact Pladeværkstedet during this period, you will therefore be referred to us.
Our collaboration makes it possible for you to get one complete solution with both venue hire and planning – without it costing extra.
You therefore get the same price, but with the added reassurance of having an experienced team handle all the practical details.
