December is already busy enough. When the Christmas party comes on top of financial year-end, deadlines and New Year preparations, very few HR managers or leadership teams have the time or headspace to find a venue, coordinate catering, hire waiting staff and decorate for 80, 200 or 500 guests.

This is the solution we recommend, and it is how the vast majority of our clients choose to work with us. When you place your corporate Christmas party in our hands, all you need to do is approve the proposals along the way and turn up on the evening itself.
We find the venue. Bliss has a strong network of venues across Denmark: manor houses, barns, lofts, industrial halls, wine bars and banquet rooms. We can also work in your own offices if you would like an internal celebration, and we deliver events internationally when it makes sense. If you would like to use one of our own venues, we know Pladeværkstedet and Søllestedgård down to the smallest detail and can set them up for most types of corporate Christmas parties.
We handle the catering. We obtain proposals from catering companies that match your budget, guest numbers and menu preferences – from classic Danish Christmas food with herring, roast pork and risalamande to modern interpretations or fully vegetarian menus.
We select the drinks, find a bar solution that works – whether that is a mobile bar, classic bar service or a cocktail station – and make sure the wines complement the food without exceeding the budget.
We also book the entertainment. This could be a DJ, live band, a speaker who ties together the story of the year, a magician, Christmas quiz, casino night or something else entirely, depending on your culture and what has worked well before. We also provide the team on the day: waiting staff, cloakroom attendants, doormen and technicians.
And we stay until the clean-up is complete. One of the most underestimated parts of a large event is who is responsible at 2 a.m. when the last guest has gone home. That is us.

Put simply: you turn up, enjoy a welcome drink and have dinner with your colleagues. We take the calls when something needs clarifying, keep the timeline on track, pay the suppliers and clean up afterwards.
For many of our clients, it is the first time in years that the HR department has not had to rush around with a clipboard all evening, or that the CEO’s assistant has not had to chase a missing table or bus. That kind of thing is remembered for a long time – and it is exactly the kind of peace of mind we provide.
A Christmas party project with us typically takes 6–8 weeks from the first conversation to the day itself, provided you contact us in good time. For the largest events, a good rule of thumb is to get in touch a couple of months before December at the latest – but we have also delivered parties at shorter notice when a client has found themselves in a difficult situation.
We start with a no-obligation conversation, where you tell us about your company, number of guests, budget framework and what you have done in previous years. From there, we prepare a proposal with two or three concepts, often in price models ranging from sensible and responsible to “let’s go all in on an evening they will never forget”.
Once you have chosen your preferred direction, we begin booking, contracts and planning. You get one dedicated project manager from our team who follows you all the way and whom you can call when needed. We keep you updated with short status emails, and you only need to be involved when real decisions have to be made about menu, drinks or entertainment. On the day itself, we are onsite several hours before guests arrive and stay until the clean-up is complete.
We work throughout Denmark and also deliver events abroad when a client has an international setup or wants a destination Christmas party. If the Christmas party is to be held at one of our own venues, we offer Pladeværkstedet, an industrial hall with space for larger parties, and Søllestedgård, a manor house setting that can accommodate both an intimate dinner for 30 and a large celebration for more than 200 guests.
